MIET scientists were highly rewarded for their unique developments and scientific research.
According to the Order of the Russian Government dated March 17, 2010 ¹ 333-rp of Moscow "On Awarding Prizes of the Russian Government in 2009 in the field of science and technology" Academician of RAS and the President of OJSC "Mikron" Gennady Yakovlevich Krasnikov was awarded the Prize of the Russian Government in 2009 in the field of science and technology, as well as the title of "Laureate of the Russian Federation in the field of science and technology."

Seven research teams, including the team of MIET scientists were awarded the Prize of the Russian Government in 2009 in the field of science and technology for young scientists for developing instrumentation and technological base of carbon nanostructures formation for electronic devices.

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed a Decree ¹ 248-r dated March 1, 2010, according to which seven research teams, including the team of MIET scientists were awarded the Prize of the Russian Government in 2009 in the field of science and technology for young scientists for developing instrumentation and technological base of carbon nanostructures formation for electronic devices.


Five MIET workers were awarded the laureates of the Russian Federation in the field of science and technology for young scientists. They are: professor and the Head of Research and Education Center "Nanotechnology in Electronics" Vladimir Kirillovich NEVOLIN; scientific director of the development team, Doctor of Science, senior research worker Ivan Ivanovich BOBRINETSKY; post graduate student Mikhail Maximovich SIMUNIN; Doctor of Science, senior engineer Anton STROGANOV - they are all MIET workers; Doctor of Science, researcher of the institution of the Russian Academy of Science "Krasnoyarsk Scientific Center of Siberian RAS", MIET graduate Stanislav V. KHARTOV.
