Construction of St. Petersburg roadway was finished

1834 — construction of St. Petersburg roadway was finished. Villages Yelino, Chernaya Gryaz were located along the roadway while villages Cherkizovo and Rzhavki were relocated closer to the road.

1851 year
Kryukovo settlement began expanding its territory
1851 — After building of twin track railway St. Petersburg-Moscow Kryukovo settlement began expanding its territory. There appeared railmen's and  settled peasants' small houses, a guest yard, a two-storey guest house with 6 rooms, bakery, small shop, public house. Two first district parochial schools were opened in Lyalovo and Chashnikovo.

1908 — First primary school was opened in railway settlement Kryukovo.

Kryukovo club

1917 — Young people with the help of railmen built Kryukovo club, a center of cultural and political life.

1919 year
Agricultural commune was founded

1919 — on the lands of landowner I.K.Rakhmanov there was founded agricultural commune later on turned into kolkhoz «Kruykovo-Goluboe».

1920 year
Furniture artels have been established

1920 — From the beginning of the 1920s furniture artels have been established in Kryukovo settlement. In late 1920s (curtailment of the New Economic Policy) the artels went bankrupt and vanished. The best craftsmen were involved in decoration of Moscow governmental buildings and subway stations.

1921 year
Building of railway from Kryukovo station to settlement Lyalovo

1921 — building of railway from Kryukovo station to settlement Lyalovo where there were firewood and peat reserves. This railway was used for carrying fuel to freezing Moscow in 1921-1923.

1924 year
First graduates finished a 10-year school. Village reading room was opened in settlement of Andreevka

1924 — first graduates finished a 10-year school established in 1918 on the basis of primary railway school. Village reading room was opened in settlement of Andreevka.

1926 — construction of Kryukovo township council.
1929 year
Foundation of Skhodnya district of Moscow region

1929 — according to administrative-territorial division there was established Skhodnya district of Moscow region. Settlement of Kryukovo became a part of this district. Later on villages Skhodnya, Kryukovo and neighboring villages formed a part of Solnechnogorsk district (from 1940 these villages were a part of Khimki district).

Settlements located at the territory of present time Zelenograd were set free from agressors.

Rebuilding of settlements destroyed during fierce battles in 1941

Rebuilding of settlements destroyed during fierce battles in 1941 (villages Alabushevo and Chashnikovo were totally destroyed, settlement Kryukovo, villages Kamenka, Matushkino and Rzhavki were badly damaged). Water-pump station and railway station were rebuilt in Kryukovo.

Construction of Skhodnya furniture works was started.

1958 year - 1959 year
Construction of Zelenograd was started
According to the order of Ministers' Council the construction of Zelenograd, a satellite town of Moscow was begun. Cement plant, electrical substation, boilerhouse were built.

Foundation of a new satellite town nearby Kryukovo station
The order of Ministers' Council of the USSR from 3rd March, 1958 №248 decided on building of a new satellite town nearby Kryukovo station of Oktyabrskaya  railway. The purpose was to attract capital population to a new developing city which was subordinate to Executive Committee of the Moscow Council and had population of 65 thousand people.

Building of metalworkers school, machinists school, «School of Working Youth»
Building of metalworkers school, machinists school, «School of Working Youth». Beginning of road and underground collectors building. Conctruction of water-pipe and sewarage system.
