Research institute of molecular electronics with the plant «Micron» began providing delivery of microcircuits certified by consumers, leading companies in microelectronic field, to the world market, to South-Eastern Asia.

The building of Zelenograd Department of Mosbiznesbank was constructed in the Central Avenue

The building of Zelenograd Department of Mosbiznesbank (now building of Bank of Moscow) was constructed in the Central Avenue. Construction of one of the social centre buildings was finished by Zelenograd department of Sberbank of Russia. In 1997 there were 26 banks, divisions and subsidiaries of Russian banks in Zelenograd.

The Tripartite Agreement

The tripartite agreement on foundation of Moscow Business Center in Zelenograd twin-city Unterschleissheim (Bavaria, Germany) was signed by the head of Zelenograd Administrative District, Moscow Commerce and Industry Chamber and city of Unterschleissheim Administration in the Prefecture of Zelenograd.

GS ROSNANO and JSFC “Sistema” signed a contract on launching the production of microcircuits with design rules 90 nm at “Micron” factory.
The President of GS ROSNANO Anatoly Chubais and the Chairman of the board of directors of JSFC “Sistema” Vladimir Evtushenko signed an investment contract on launching a mass production of IC based on nanotechnology with design rules 90 nm on the wafers with diameter 200 mm.

Delegation from Shanghai visited Zelenograd
The official delegation of representatives from Shanghai Shentong Metro Co, a management company of Shanghai underground system, visited OJSC “RIME and Micron” in Zelenograd, a parent company of business line “Sitronics Microelectronics”. The aim of their visit is to get acquainted with the manufacture scheme of noncontact transport tickets (RFID) for transport companies.
