Using technological base of Scientific Research Instititute of Precise Technology with plant «Angstrem» Zelenograd enterprises developed universal mini electronic computing machine «Elektronika NC-1» based on integrated circuit with microprogram control. Development and production of original large-scale integration microprocessor of CMOS technology (Ê-587)
Original large-scale integration microprocessor of CMOS technology (Ê-587) was developed and produced (Ê-587) using technological base of Scientific Research Institute of Precise Technology with the plant «Angstrem». Set of large-scale integration circuits (LSI) became the basis for the range of micro electronic computing machines «Elektronika NC-02», «Elektronika NC-03», «Elektronika NC-04» of general purpose. More than a thousand of such machines were produced at the enterprises of the «Scientific center». On the basis of these machines systems for NC-machinery and switching unit of telegraphic messages «Elektronika NC-32» were created at that time. The mentioned switching units became the basis for upgrading telegraphic communication centers and were installed in more than 90 cities of Russian and the near abroad. In 1978-1979 on the basis of the universal set of large-scale integration K587 there was developed the system for NC-machinery «Elektronika NC-31». Its mass production was organised at the plant «Diffusion» (city of Smolensk). From 1979 to 1991 there were produced about 80 thousand of such systems that were widely used at this country's machine plants for assembling lathe and milling machines. 1977 year
